Ein rundes Pale Ale mit hoher “drinkability”.
Das Voyage ist ein geschmacklich mildes Pale Ale, dem man seine 5,8 % vol nicht sofort anmerkt. Es schmeckt zitrusfruchtig, ist sogar ein wenig spritzig auf der Zunge und entfaltet frische Aromen, die leicht an Pinie, aber auch Minze erinnern. Das Mundgefühl ist samtig weich. Damit ist den beiden Norddeutschen ein rundes Pale Ale mit hoher “drinkability” – wie man so schön im Craft Beer Bereich sagt – gelungen.
Und natürlich unfiltriert und unpasteurisiert.
